To change or not to change

I am thinking about changing my blog design, but a big change.  Really worried that I will loose everything which I don't want to do, so what do you think?

Don't worry -be Happy! You can always hit the undo button! Seriously -I like your blog but if you decide to change it and if you did lose your buttons on the side you probably could re-add them. Clear as mud?

Change your blog background design or change to wordpress????
Background with one of your beautiful quilted quilts would be nice. I plan on using one of my wholecloths, I just need to read up on how to change it.....

What I have done over a year!!
