Had a great time, learned so much, and the classes were great, I will post pictures tomorrow, just came in, so a long day behind me. I have lots of pictures, so watch out......

Boy, I didn't do much today, on strike, I did take my sewing machine out, but was too busy helping everyone finish their quilts!!! We did do this at 4o'clock!!! ALL GONE!!!!!

A reversible origami bag, quite easy to make, one large  rectangle quilted and just fold and sew!!! 

I have been working on this little quilt, as I was getting down to the last border, guess what????? Not enough fabric for the backing.  Here is what I did to solve the problem, but .................. Here I am as far up as possible!! THE BOTTOM OF THE QUILT THE RED SNAPPERS AND THE QUILT TOP GOING OVER THEM!!!! Pulled out the red snappers on the bottom and lucky, there was just enough fabric so not to take it off the frame and sew a strip on. I pinned the backing fabric to the leaders praying that there was enough to be able to sew, and wow!!!there was, but I kept my fingers crossed all the time so not to hit the pins as I did the final quilting!!! Here she is, all done!!! A little close up, and my prayers were answered!!! This little patch was featured in  BURDA a few months ago with the pattern and was designed in Belgium

Well, my tickets are in the makings!!!!!!!!!!!!!!and watch out, I will be there!!!! So happy!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Can't really see, but it is a pale lavender backing with "raven" cotton thread from Filtec.                                               I thinks it is just beautiful!!!

Today  is cleaning day, so .....Company Monday, it's a holiday here!!!!! Well, around 1:30 the mail man came and said "Tell those Americans to put your street address"!!!!!!! Well, it got here in great shape and I love it  I think I can do it,  I can't wait for vacation to play. Thank you Rebecca Two books one  on leafs called" Just Leaf It"  and "Fancy Feathers" by Kim Stotsenberg 

Well, we have started our last project for the year, another three weeks and vacation until the end of September.  Hope to have a few more pictures of  finished projects next week. Raymonde with her HOME SWEET HOME Who puts the water in,,????? Normally we are a few more, guess I scared them off!!!! OH, Snack time, the girls are hiding!!!!
