UFP which is unfinished patchwork project

Started this project in 1994, so thought,  only have the presents to do plus the border, a little applique and on to Mom.  This will be the Christmas quilt for Noé,  Lucien has one with snow men that I did last year.  I will have to ask help for a quilting design, but I do know that I will use wool batting.
Oh, I do have a CD going as I work so I can simulate designs in my head.

I really like that pattern, it's going to be darling when it is finished. I'm working on UFO too!
The wool would make the little designs stand out when you quilt arount them. Is this a wall quilt??
